Reading Mats

The

tool is an educational resource designed to support vocabulary

development, reading, and word-picture association skills.

It consists of a main mat or card that features 8 different pictures,

all centered around  a common  topic or theme (e.g., animals, fruits, transportation, etc.).

Alongside this, there are small word cards with corresponding vocabulary terms.

The goal is for learners to match each word card to the appropriate picture on the mat,

reinforcing their understanding of the relationship between written words and visual representations.

This tool is often used in classrooms, homeschooling, or language therapy to improve reading comprehension,
