• Products that have been used, damaged, or had the original packaging removed without justification are not eligible for return.
• Digital products (PDFs, downloads) are non-returnable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, in which case Fayrouza Kids will cover the cost.
